Frequently Asked Questions.

What are your regular business hours?

We work Monday thru Saturday from 8am to 5pm but will do our best to accommodate your schedule if possible.

Do I need to be home when you service my generator?

No, as long as the equipment is accessible outside the home and pets are contained away from the work area.

Will a new generator installation require a permit from the town?

Yes, All State Generator will secure the necessary permits for every installation project.

Do I need a copy of my property survey for a new generator installation?

Yes, work can not begin until the location is approved by the townships zoning office.

What should I know about my installation project?

New generator projects require a free home assessment as no two projects are the same.  Homeowners must be available for this consultation. We will discuss customers needs and goals to determine the right size generator for your home or business.

We perform a BTU survey to ensure that the natural gas service to the home or business provides sufficient volume and pressure for the generator to function efficiently.

Upon a signed contract we take a deposit for the generator purchase and the balance of the project is paid in equal installments where the last payment is not made until after final inspection by the township.

What are your credentials?

All of our generator installation and maintenance employees are certified by Briggs & Stratton as well as Generac and are are current with the newest technology advances. We use licensed and insured electricians and plumbers for all our installation projects.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept personal checks, Zelle and cash.
